General Policy

Our team will verify the claim and arrange free return shipping. Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging. Once received, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product: We will cover the return shipping cost.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery through our customer support.
