General Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable.

Sale items qualify for size exchange only. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery and share your order details and issue. Our team will verify the claim and arrange free return shipping. Pack the item securely with original labels, tags, and packaging. Once received, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product: We will cover the return shipping cost.

A replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution will be provided.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery through our customer support.
